2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to all NSW residents who can collect the prize from CHS HQ.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The competition commences on Thursday 12th December at 10:00am and concludes on Monday 23rd December 2024 at 5:00pm.

3.2 In order to enter, eligible entrants must enter via Instagram or as outlined in clause 1.1 

3.3 Eligible entrants (including winners) in the competition may enter multiple times.

3.4 Entries must be received by Monday 23^rdDecember 2024 at 5:00pm.

4.1 There will be four (4) major prize draws and an additional five (5) smaller prize draws and nine (9) winners. The winners will receive one prize package as set out below.

The prize must be collected from CHS HQ and identification that matches the entry form must be shown upon collection within one (1) month of the draw date. This identification must be proven against the Instagram profile used to enter the competition.

 4.4 In participating in the prize, the winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition. The winner agrees to grant the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

 4.5 If the winner of the prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.

 4.6 Prizes cannot be transferred and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 5. HOW TO WIN

5.1 This competition is a game of chance. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of entries received. One (1) winner will be chosen at random for each prize on Tuesday 24^th December at 2.00pm. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.

 5.2 The winner will be notified by an Instagram direct message or via email on Tuesday 24 December 2024 and the winner’s name will be published on the Community Health Support (CHS) Instagram, newsletter and ohter marketing channels.

 5.3. The promoter’s decision is final, and the promoter will not enter correspondence regarding the result.

 5.4 The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.

 6. NO LIABILITY

6.1 In thecase of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates andin the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.

6.2 CommunityHealth Support (CHS) & affiliates will not be liable for any misadventure,accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:

a) during the draw;

b) while undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw;

c) in the participation in any prize;

d) due to the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compare, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;

f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;

g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's orany other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.

6.4 Community Health Support (CHS) assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
